Our Culture
1st Choice Family Solutions is a company built by agents, for agents. We asked ourselves what we would want,
if we were joining a new company. One of the issues happening today, is that it's easier than ever to be in business

William B. Bronson, Co-Founder / CEO
A veteran mortgage professional with over 10 years experience in
upper level management, Author of "The Mortgage Millionaire", and
mentor to hundreds of loan officers nationally. William brings the
experience of a creative and diverse background. He has developed
marketing campaigns for such boxoffice hits as "True Lies", with Arnold
Swartzenegger, created and promoted the Troy Aikman Community
Involvement Program, helping needy children in North Texas, and
singularly sourced, recruited, trained, and mentored over 450 mortgage
loan officers, in 50 states, as a vice president for Carteret Mortgage Corporation,
the largest mortgage brokerage of its time. William has
served as a branch vice-president for Citigroup and The Associates
Home Equity Services. He served as Master of his Masonic Lodge in
2008-9, and is a Christian family man who believes in promoting the
truth and helping the community. He is married to an inspiring woman
and has two wonderful children.
Jerry Angel, Director of Insurance and Financial Services
Jerry Angel has served the financial needs of clients for over 28 years. He is licensed in investments and insurance,
and is committed to helping develop comprehensive financial plans for his clients. Jerry is dedicated to helping agents
learn the proper way to help clients. Over the past 35 years, he has been a Christian camp counselor, in youth and music ministry,
and served in many capacities to help churches in Texas, Colorado, California, and Illinois. He and his wife, Vickie,
enjoy reaching out and serving the community. Jerry uses his unique mix of experiences to help churches with their financial needs.
He dedicates his expertise to the service of God through expanding and teaching moral and ethical financial service practices.

Brian E. Riley, Executive Sales Director
Brian has a diverse background that makes him uniquely suited to lead an assorted team of sales professionals. He holds a Bachelors
degree from Hampton University, and is currently completing his Masters degree in Divinity. His most recent business experience comes
from his position as President and CEO of Synergy Financial Services, LLC. He is a retired Major of the United States Army, with 22
years experience serving his country. Brian is also a Financial Educator for Bethel World Outreach Ministries, with over 200 churches globally.
He further aids the community by serving as Director of Business Development for a Washington DC Non-Profit organization which offers support
groups to people of all ages. Brian's passion, drive, and vision for 1st Choice Family's positive and advancing future is readily apparent
in the way he conducts business. Brian is also a devoted husband and father, who believes honesty and faith are key cornerstones to a
successful life serving others.
